Refund and exchange policy for software and project fees
The service recipient is entitled to a refund within 15 business days in the following cases:
- Any amounts exceeding the fees stipulated for services in the association’s regulations and policies.
- Multiple payments for the same invoice, with supporting documentation.
- Request being referred to the wrong track.
- The association reserves the right to cancel a training course if the minimum number of trainees is not registered. In the event of cancellation, the beneficiary is entitled to a refund, rescheduling of the course, or registration for another course within six months of the canceled course’s start date, subject to any fee difference (refund/payment).
The client is not entitled to a refund of service fees in the following cases:
- The client is not entitled to a refund of fees for services already utilized or processed by the organization.
- Refunds will not be accepted for fees paid for a training course, seminar, or conference if the client withdraws after the course or conference has begun, or within 15 working days of the program’s start date.
- If the client withdraws from a training program or course 15 working days or more before its start date, they are entitled to a 50% refund, rescheduling of the course, or registration for another course within six months of the canceled course’s start date, subject to the discounted fee difference (refund/payment).
